What is Retaliation?
Definition
UNM defines retaliation as threatening or taking a discriminatory or adverse action against a whistleblower for submitting reports of suspected misconduct or cooperating with or participating in an investigation.

- Kept off an important committee
- Writing a negative evaluation
- Filing a counter-claim in bad faith
