What is Bullying?
Definition
Defined by UNM as repeated mistreatment of one or more individuals or a pattern of mistreatment of more than one individual. May include verbal or nonverbal bullying behavior, threats to a person’s job or wellbeing, and may occur anonymously.

- Threats to one’s job or reputation
- Intimidating, malicious, or stigmatizing conduct
